Pretty sure that's money laundering. I sued a mega corp and that cost $20k in attorney fees across a couple months.

I see that as a win win. 40 million worth of advertising he lost for starters. If the idiot opened himself to even more legal trouble, all the better.

Here's hoping it will be $40 million more before the end of the year. Unfortunately it is all of his followers who are footing the legal bills, but at least it is going there instead of supporting one of the many other shitty Republican causes that are designed to fuck this country right back into the dark ages...
