Leak Spoiler
That's certainly is an interesting direction. Being post-apocalypse could help bring us back into "fantacy" territory, especially for future Avatars.
Although it's shitty for the white lotus to take 1 twin, but leave the other limping around on the streets.
Finally, the hardest thing for me to believe is that Jinora didn't deus ex machina prevent the apocalypse?
spoiler Minor Kyoshi chapter 1 spoiler. It also gives Kyoshi misidentification vibes. We already did that guys, let's do something else. Cut the misidentification part, and have no one out there looking. Maybe instead, at some point this kid finds out by mistake she the Avatar and now her and her twin have to keep the secret while accidentally doing avatar things (I.e helping people and getting into trouble). :::

Which part?
The Kyoshi part?
That's chapter 1 of the book, and pretty minor to the plot. I don't think readers are surprised to find out that she was the Avavatr
No I meant the part about the leaked plotpoints of the series :D
I see
Thanks!

I agree btw that if they really go into that direction it will have the same effect as the "Aang was a bad father" thing in Korra: people will hate the White Lotus, Korra and all kinds of other people that could be blamed for that apocalyptic event.
Evidently the creators don't shy away from such controversies, but still... why do that?
Is the next in the cycle earth or fire base?
If it's after Korra, then it's gotta be Earth.
Duh, forgot Korra was water.
To be fair, she often doesn't act like much of a native waterbender, even when you look at the bending stats.
I once read a comment that Korra punching icicles flying at her instead of bending them is the most Korra thing ever
Would have to agree with that statement.
I mean she essentially lost knowledge of the avatar cycle and then said fuck it Im not doing the job anymore and peaced out to the spirit world. Nothing like shirking responsibility as a teenager.
I look forward to the next cycle.
She look a short vacation lol, she came back and did Avatar stuff (see comics).
Her loss of Avatar cycle was just crappy writing. The Avatar State in ATLA and the novels was "god mode". Korra got a "small power boost" so the plot can happen. Avatar state Korra should have creamed Unalaq before he ever got the chance to merge with Vatu.
That being said, I look forward to the series moving on too. I do hope they can band-aid adult Korra's character in flash backs/spirit world with out just deleting her personalitly.
Damn, also WTF I was thinking just 1 week ago what if there were second Avatar which have Vatu. God author is spying on me XD.
