Come on, that's just deliberately bad. It's not that hard to have a beer serving robot. My company had an event 2 weeks ago with a beer serving robot that actually worked.

It's not hard to make a robot with a single purpose, like serving beer, but it is hard to make one which could serve a wide variety of tasks — like a human worker — including serving beer.

I believe Elmo is trying to build a robot to replace "non-skilled labour" or some such shit.
