Two habaneros with 40g grated soft Asiago and 50g cubed into 5mm pieces.

How did this turn out? I have limited experience baking sourdough, but this looks slightly overcooked. Does the habanero flavor come through?

It came out really well.

I definitely won’t say it was overcooked to my liking.

I used two habaneros and next time I might throw a third one in.
