I couldn't speak to this specific machine and machines aren't really my wheelhouse but a couple of great guys to follow on YouTube are Mike Israetel of Renaissance Periodization and Jeff Nippard. Both are really knowledgeable and speak in language that a layman can understand. Jeff is all about natural growth through "science-based exercise". Ignore Mike's nonsense or enjoy it, it's mostly put on. He is extremely knowledgeable and cuts through a lot of the bullshit and mysticism around hypertrophy based lifting and physical fitness. From there you could probably find a basic 3 day program centered around machines.

Edit: I should also say, beyond being safe, the most important thing is consistency. Pick a schedule that actually works for you, at least 2 but ideally 3 days per week, and do that every week and in 6 months you'll see noticeable results. The individual lifts matter much less for beginners.

Part of the problem is Sanders is one of the rare ones and he is just too damn old.

Of course it is. A single dumbbell can help you get fit at home. This has a pretty wide range of capabilities, so you're good in that regard. You're probably going to want some help developing a program that works for you.

What is that uniform.

A betting man would play this one slow. I am definitely part of the crowd that wants this to do well but I am not counting on it.

No they aren't. Deer are often struck mid-bound which will absolutely send them flying into your windshield. Also, depending on what part of the world you are in, deer can get pretty huge.

The qunari design is the weirdest thing to me. They Bioware spent so much effort solidifying who the Qunari are in 2 and had a great design to reflect that. Then in 3 I feel like they maintained and perhaps even improved the design, but kinda watered down the characterization of the culture. Perhaps I'm misremembering and the group of Qunari present in 2 are a more extreme sect than they are representative of the people as a whole. Now in Veilguard they seem to have really softened everything about the race. I'm just confused about the design direction which is disappointing because I really enjoy the qunari of DA2.

DA2 has several bad qualities. I personally would not generalize it as a bad game. I am willing to concede that this is an unpopular opinion, however.

Y'all, Helldivers 2 is just so much fun. I would not have assumed at the beginning of 2024, just after completing Baldur's Gate 3, that I would be championing an always online squad shooter - but this game is just so damn enjoyable. Furthermore, the community has been so engaged and invested in the spirit of liberty that it's made me prioritize a style of game that I thought I had mostly left in my past.

Now we're in the middle of this huge nonsense with PSN and it has completely sucked all the air out of the room. I understand why people are upset and I don't agree with the shit that Sony is trying to pull. I just want to keep this magic going.

I don't have much to say other than try to maintain some empathy for Arrowhead, as this seems to be out of their hands. They genuinely seem to want to just make a kick-ass game.

Keep up the good work Helldivers.

Arrowhead has been curating the game with a Game Master named Joel. Everyone thank Joel for giving our missions that human touch.
