My mom made a number of turduckens over the years. She loved unusual recipes of all kinds.

They're pretty good when done right, but there is a sense of being disrespectful to the animals involved.

By the time the stuffing is fully cooked the turkey will be inedible.

Stuffing is evil.

This is why stove top stuffing (dressing, maybe?) is superior!

Also then you can just eat a box whenever you want.

Oh yeah, "stuffing" is amazing stuff. But you never put it in a turkey. Or, if you must, you make it separately and spoon it into the bird after cooking.

If you really want to put something in a turkey then it should be aromatics and herbs which will add flavor that you dispose of before serving.
