I think there are SovCits who think if they write a long enough post, it will come true.

Either that, or they've been drinking that moonshine still guy's end product.

Feels like some form of hypnosis to me…

Surely there are scammers who have seen people posting shit like this, and offering to “help” people claim this magic money.

“Yeah just need your SSN, full name and address, and I will do all the paperwork for you! You tell me how much you want to take from your “national debt owed to you”, and I will do all the work with the bank on your behalf”

I remember when I was a kid having trouble wrapping my head around the concepts of “debit” and “credit” on a balance sheet. This sounds like they never grew out of that and just ran with it.

Form 8901 and it’s variations existed to help businesses pre-pay tax liabilities from having employees. It hasn’t been in use since 2010. It definitely will not convince the IRS to pay your debts from your imaginary SS Treasury account.

This stream of consciousness feels like Dustin Hoffman's character in Rain Man. They've encountered those words before, and in proximity to other words, and their brain can't help but fill in the blanks, but they know nothing of what is going on. Really quite sad.

I'm getting lost trying to follow this. What are we even attempting? Is this supposed to be a way to pay bills without money? Is it for a specific type of debt, or are they going to Walmart and doing this to buy groceries?

It's impossible to know.
