Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. 3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

Stock value is only tangentally connected to the actual value of the company

Doesn't really matter either way if he can secure loans off the back of it.

secure loans? trump is getting precipitously close to where he's allowed to sell his stake. stock price is the only thing that matters.

I guess I meant in the more general case of stock market billionaires never cashing out and using loans based on the value of the stock to do anything, only ever liquidating enough to pay on the loan, if that even becomes necessary.

But you are pretty correct on that. I wonder how much "rug pull" there will be.

Considering the shares are almost certainly a way to launder foreign and illegal contributions to Trump, and he is now much more likely to win the election so all of those bad actors want to get their quid in place to ask for their quo later, it's not surprising in the least.

Amazon's also showing trending Trump merch. Although logically, it doesn't make much sense that the popularity of a fascist improves with getting hit by a piece of glass bounced off a bullet, the effect is clearly beneficial to Trump. Biden needs to take his gloves off or get out of the race. Trump trafficed and abused a 13 year old girl. It sickens me that so far democrats have considered this off limits whereas they'll both attack migrants as a whole because there was an instance of sexual assault. Trump is worse than the best example of a migrant doing bad things during Biden's term and they won't talk about it.

Don't worry it will crash right the fuck back down. This is just another money scheme for Trump. That's it.

The only thing that makes sense in this God-forsaken world.
