I would not advise threatening your opponents lives, but certainly calling them what they are and threatening them with jail time for their out and about treason is warranted in this environment. People rightfully have internalized the reality that powerful people are above the law and liberals especially yearn for exceptions to that as just more evidence that people on the left are ripe for a tone change.

To the point of actually getting things done after, I believe it's possible to walk and chew bubblegum at the same time. Rhetoric and policy should be connected in a serious government leadership.

Tim Walz calling Republicans weird was proof that's not true. The base LOVED it. I'd argue disbanding civility politics is exactly what Democrats need to do. How can you win with understanding when you're being fought with violence and propaganda? Just call them disgusting monsters and then stand your ground.

Fascism is like fire. It can spread, but ultimately it destroys the things it needs to keep going. Trump will try and use minorities and Democratic leaders as kindling to keep it going as long as possible. A saving grace for the US is that fascists never voluntarily give up power and so Trump's death will likely result in some reconciliation of how we would like the constitution to actually function. Will there be enough political will to change that? Probably not.

This is an entire section of Project 2025... Encourage/force career employees in the government to quit so you can replace them with unqualified Sycophants.

Mitchell has more loyalty to American oligarchs than Russian ones. The lines are blurry because billionaires are multinational, and once a Russian spends money in his state, they become an American oligarch to him. Similar to Chinese oligarchs like his father in law.

Just sounds like torture camps people voluntarily go to. Why would they remain voluntary? These people think public facilities that give out small doses to prevent people from dying from withdrawal and needle dispenseries to prevent STIs are immoral, so we all know it's torture. This is obvious whether you read the article or not for all of the nuance trolls.

I would have much preferred giving AMD money instead, but at their best the lack of DLSS performance was meaningful when everyone thought Cyberpunk was the new standard of graphical fidelity with the 6000/3000 series.

Fair chance that this has more to do with Gabbard than Gaetz. She's close with Russian state media and was put in change of US Intelligence. Obviously a Trojan horse.

These are pennies compared to the oligarchs, don't demonize labor for the rare exceptions, all automakers would apparently need to do is give the union president a raise to dampen your support? Don't fight over crumbs.

Why stop at financial? Matt Gaetz is a predator in charge of the AG office. There are more things than profits that bad people seek.

You should give the Humanist Report a shot. Mike is extremely measured and doesn't do advertisements apart from a book he wrote and that's just in the background. I find his takes more reasonable than anyone else on the left, although I watch a lot of different sources. At least worth mixing it in.

I've heard it largely stated as an exaggeration equated to when Obama and Biden said there'd be amnesty for non-criminals, but it never happened. "Better the devil you know" applies here, but they largely think Fed's eye is too big to see them in their small corners.

Is this jargon from the EU or something?
