I use a multiplatform virus with a hidden VNC. It works on any operating system: iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows.

Your DNS filterer was hacked as well, I'm afraid. I cannot give you specifics on what the unpleasant consequences are but I can assure you all the OSes have been hacked.
