We need to stop using the term "assault weapon" and commit to being specific. Ban mags over 10 rounds, restrict barrel lengths and calibers, implement a fucking license system, but stop calling for "assault weapon" bans.

That's what leads to the situation up here in Canada, where guns are restricted based on how they look and not their killing potential.
