Memes that are too meirl for /c/meirl.

Rules:

  3. All titles must begin with 2meirl4meirl. This is for multiple reasons. One is just so you can be lazy with titles but another is so people who aren't into this kind of humor can avoid it.

  4. Otherwise just the general no bigotry, no dickishness, no spam, no malice, etc stuff.

If you're wearing a turtleneck shirt or something, sure. Generally your collar is pretty close to your collarbones though.

The tie goes under the collar of a dress shirt. So think about where the collar of a shirt would be. Would it be at the top of your neck, or the base of your neck? Right, the base. Sonthe answer is obviously 2.

Well generally humans wear their tie closest to where their neck meats the shoulders and torso so that would make more sense

It would look weird if your wearing your tie where your neck closest to where the neck meets the head
