three in women’s clothing and two dressed as medical staff

Isn't this what Israel accuses Hamas of doing? Every accusation is a confession, and attacking inside a hospital is hardcore terrorism.

As expected from a nation that were founded by terrorism.

that is explicitly perfidy under the Geneva conventions

Yep, same with those "safe zones" they bombed

It's not surprising, remember during the pandemic when those videos surfaced of Israeli soldiers shooting Palestinian medics and civilians?

I made a post about this on /combatfootage(NSFL). This is way worse than the post suggests.

The IDF dressed up as medics and civilians and executed a person lying on a hospital bed. It’s a new war-crime world record.

Additional new safe for work video footage here

The moment the IDF goes into the patients chamber for their hospital assasination is at 1:13

More info: This happened at 05:30AM while they were sleeping.

The IDF shot all three men through the head in their sleep simultaneously and did not try to arrest them.

This is what would happen when there is no armed resisance group for the Palestininans.

Meanwhile the top story on lemmy.world is a Russian figure skater getting disqualified. What a fucking joke.

Shit is less relevant to the world than "iFlyTek develops LLM model comparable to GPT4-turbo."

You can thank the Israeli propaganda apparatus. They're everywhere

So, Israel can pull off a precision operation without blowing up a hospital and killing thousands of innocent civilians…

…interesting…

Too scared to wear a soldier suit.

Isn't this what Joker did in Dark Knight.

Dressed up as a nurse, reached Harvey, took a bus full of hostages, blew up the hospital, then had his goons disguised as the hospital staff.

The military did not provide evidence backing that claim.

Using military force in an area you occupy is illegal. Why didn't Israel do police work?

Oh, thanks for the link.

Reading that this is something Yamas does regularly sounds like it would be terrifying to Palestinians.

You consider the Associated Press a biased source?

I think he's making fun of the fact that people don't seem to take Aljazeera seriously despite them having been very factual in this conflict.

Arab sounding name is very triggering to some people

A hundred times yes. AP is inseparable from US imperialism. It projects the Pentagon's version of reality to a global audience. Through sheer volume it floods the airwaves to the detriment of other countries' own news agencies, sets the agenda, and is integral to US hegemony, as soft power.

Your first link is to a summary of a book and your second doesn’t mention the associated press

I don’t know what to tell you. To not be familiar with Chomsky’s or Parenti’s work is to lack basic media literacy, which, to be fair, is most people.

If you don’t want to read a book, you might start with the video documentary: Manufacturing Consent Noam Chomsky and the Media (Documentary) 1080p
