The thing is, the "pressure" would have been from the Trump administration, since they were the ones in charge. But people on the right seem to think that somehow Biden was able to "pressure" Twitter (despite the stupid Twitter Files showing that they usually just ignored such things) even though he wasn't part of the government. So I am very confused as to why the Biden administration has been given this chokehold.
Two words: Trump judge. No one in their right mind would order an injunction on July 4th unless there was an emergency or they had an axe to grind. Obviously there was no emergency.
The thing is, the “pressure” would have been from the Trump administration
The dates in the article say 2021. That's the Biden administration putting pressure on social media companies to control free speech.
Example: "On April 14, 2021, Flaherty demanded the censorship of Fox News hosts Tucker Carlson and Tomi Lahren"
And did they honor that "demand?"
Well yeah, no shit. We have the receipts, so to speak. Course the lefties won't listen to him.
I remember when this story broke a few months ago and everyone was denying how the White House totally wouldn't tell social media companies to delete and control speech they don't like. Yet, here we are with it being proven in court.
