I was making a joke about the first amendment.
In the US Constitution, the first amendment guarantees the right to free speech, and this was cited by many convoyers for instance.
The first amendment to the Canadian Constitution allowed for the admission of Manitoba as a Province.
I forgot about that so I missed the reference. Sorry.
