For some reason earlier today I looked up a giant list of all sins and I've made a few conclusions.

1: Lust is overrated. It's too broad of a concept and there are significantly more specific sins that can be committed.

For example, lusting after a woman is bad... Homosexuality (depending on the translation technically) is also bad... So what's left? Loving yourself? No! Also bad! All of these are sins and personally I think all 3 are epic and should be done way more often.

2: stealing and theft are listed as different sins... ??

3: being drunk and throwing parties that involve alcohol are both sins. Personally I don't drink so this doesn't affect me in the slightest... But the most hardcore jebus people I've ever met have had a beer in their hands and party whenever a ball is being thrown.

4: did you know that it's actually illegal to swear an oath? Meaning that if you don't want to sin... It's impossible to swear into office or give a court testimony... Kinda fucked up for "gods given government" or whatever the fuck

5: honestly I'm just a big fan of "effeminacy" and I should buy another skirt tbh. Need more effeminate men/mascs in my life.

6: I'm not sure if this message counts as "idle words" "vain Jangling" or "jesting" more but I wouldn't mind being able to knock out 3 sins at once.

Can you explain how they're different? The definition I found makes them sound identical: "theft; the action or crime of stealing" (Oxford dictionary).

Theft deprives the owner of their property.

That's wrong. And the comment your replying to gives you the explanation. But in case that's not enough: theft deprives people of something while stealing doesn't. Copying is not theft.
