Stale water? Like you're talking about getting dust in there or what? Hasn't been an issue for me over eight hours.

I’ve also heard people associate the taste of a little chlorine from treatment with freshness and when the water sits the chlorine does some science thing like either evaporating or dissolved further

Don’t quote me on this tho I read it… somewhere (?). That should tell you how well I remember it
