This ice cream (or at least one that looks extremely similar) is called… Nogger in Germany
With the tagline Nogger yourself
Strange, the Nogger has no nuts, or whatever it is, on it in Sweden. Otherwise similar. They did however launch a licorice version called Nogger Black a decade or so ago, that one seems to have crossed the line
