RIP

Twin Peaks is one of my favorite shows. Think I'll mourn with a nice slice of cherry pie.

Good. It's heartening to see a government do something beneficial for average citizens.

You're welcome, friend. Enjoy 😉

Fascinating! Thanks for including the reference. It's almost unbelievable that marking food goes back so far. I assumed that was a relatively recent development.

Does the bread in the bottom middle have that stamp on top? It's hard to make out but looks like a man-made marking.

Apologies, I misunderstood PE as the initialism for pseudoephedrine. I agree about phenylephrine being ineffective. I never use it.

What dietary changes did you make to improve blood flow to your extremities? That's a problem I have as well, including tinnitus.

They work great for me! Ex-girlfriend swore by them and convinced me to try them years ago. It's been my go to ever since.

Did you really say "Fake news" and retort with a source from the Jerusalem Post? You couldn't have found a more biased source if you tried!

Highly agree with this.

I struggled with depression for years and the most beneficial change I made was to put effort into developing close friendships. Having friends and family that you can talk to and share things with is immeasurably valuable.

Also, listening to other's problems helps develop your own empathetic response and it's a short step to extending that empathy to yourself. Be kind to yourself and avoid negative self-talk. You deserve better. Life is hard enough as it is.
