I also don’t understand it. If the topic is interesting and important enough, write an article about it, happy to read it. No need to add an unnecessary layer of a human presenting it - if that is needed for anybody to listen, then the topic is not worth our time
You need to report this to your local data protection authority (or similar). They didn’t carry out your deletion request, so they would most likely be fined (at least that happens often in my country).

Housing is a basic human need, it shouldn’t be allowed to be only an investment. With the other items, you can just say “so don’t buy it”, which is not possible with housing, you have to pay for it, even of you wouldn’t like to.

This is what I also realized with work. It’s better to rest and recover in 2-3 days, then struggle for 4-5 or more (even from home office). Luckily, at my workplace in Germany, you can take 2 days of sick leave without any doctor’s note.
