Zulu is an awesome language! I've heard it spoken before. It seems difficult to learn from an outsider. Maybe I'm wrong. Afrikaans is interesting to me because it's a Germanic creole language. I've heard it's the easiest to learn Germanic language in the world.

French was more confusing than Spanish was to me. I'm trying to learn Spanish actually. It's a beautiful language.

lol maybe, VCR's are a bitch to service though. It probably would have been cheaper to replace it. I have no basis for that, just guessing. Feel free to call me out.

How are scammers getting my email address? (lemmy.world)
 

I'm very careful with privacy and security so I was surprised I got an obvious phishing email from "American Express". I reported the email and moved on only to get another one today. I checked haveibeenpwned and it came back clear. I have never gotten a phishing email before the other day. As for the senders, they all came from generic IT sounding email addresses. They obviously weren't American Express.

I'm having an issue and I don't know where else to post about it. I'd be grateful for any help or guidance.

My PC will randomly hard reset, usually when the PC is idle. This only seems to occur with DOCP enabled. I don't know much about PC hardware aside from how to build one. My PC runs Arch Linux (btw).

Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming X570-PRO

RAM: TEAMGROUP T-Force Dark Za (Alpha) 32GB DDR4 Dram 3600MHz (PC4-28800)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

I just watched the film and thought it was fantastic. It was really dark and disturbing at times. The film kept me guessing at every turn and I haven't been this impressed with a modern film in a while.

If you haven't seen it yet I highly encourage you to check it out. Viewer discretion advised obviously.

I want to play Bloodborne because quite frankly it looks really cool. I'm told the game is going to be way too difficult for me. I usually play games on standard or easy difficulty. Should I even bother? Is this game even going to be playable to a noob like me?

I'm going to Gamestop on the 8th to pickup my copy of the game. I don't think I've ever been this excited for a game to release. I probably won't be again until the next Resident Evil.

I'll probably post my review of the game here as soon as I'm finished with it. I'll see if I can beat it in 4 days. I doubt it but maybe.

Are y'all as hyped as I am? I know it won't be as good as the original but I expect it to still be very good. The reviews are very promising.
