Never played SH2. But isn’t that a SH4 Easter Egg?

You find it written in Nelly's bar in the original SH2. I don't remember it being in 4. SH4 is way underrated though.

No one knows for certain, I personally believe it was written by someone else who passed through Silent Hill before James.
