Tbh the official forum is only good for 1 thing... it's tracking bugs and problems. Most of the people there are pissed because something isn't working and while they wait for responses these people browse the forum. at least this was my experiance
It's called ressource-monitor, accessable via the taskmanager at the performance tap. Assuming diablo using the most bandwidth for syncing with the server, you can sort by traffic, copy the IP and use an IP location finder (search for it on Google).
Sorry, liftoff acts weird
As far as I know the whole system is pretty tied together. You hop servers while traveling to other areas in-game. At peak times Europe players getting transferred to overseas server like Korea or us. Had tracked it down to Belgium while being in kyova, when I walked out I got transferred to us Washington, next region, Alabama or something like this, teleported to another city > South Korea... The whole update schedule from blizzard is pretty annoying for Europe but it is how it is^^
I know they got attacked but to be honest, any sane dev would implement countermeasures befor something like this happens. I don't mean they should check my personal working schedule... I think if they split the tasks right, each team can handle seperate regions. The question for blizzard in this case is not "how can we do this" but "how much will it cost us"
Please don't forget to give us updates on your adventure^^
Not really^^ depends on the class and difficulty you can plow through. I would advice to not increase the difficulty for the first playthrough and enjoy the story, bosses and so on.
i hope they also fix the laggy servers for some EU players. Kinda weird to see a thread with some people rubberbanding like hell. Fells like server in germany are bugged as hell.
Don't the passengers move the train also?
Are you playing an offline char or online one? I have the same micro-stutters when playing online, offline runs fine.
