I would generally identify with a lot of the things in the picture. That said, I participated in dry January this year and it’s insane how much better I feel. I’m not a heavy drinker, but man even those 2-3 drinks on 1-2 nights a week really were affecting my energy levels and mood. I hope I can keep this streak going because my head is clear. I feel good!
