You don't have to "elevate" a person in order for them to be a leader. You just have to recognize that they have a certain organizational skill set that not everyone has. That skill set helps things get done. It's just a job and they're just people.

I've been paying for a family plan for Google's music streaming service for years. It has long included YouTube premium so the six family members I have on the plan don't see YouTube ads. I guess it's good that creators get a somewhat bigger cut of money from us, but honestly if I didn't use the music streaming service, I'd be in the same boat as everyone else - desperately looking for a better way to block ads.
Hard disagree on Andor. That's the best show Disney Plus has created.
Looks like a blast. I used to love my local renaissance faire but the last few times I've gone it's just been mobbed - more people than Paris after 1348.
