Why would I ever advise somebody I care about to enter a field in which they will be completely devoured alive or droned out from the heart out?.

You need to take care of yourself and your own mental health first before you start entering into endeavors that have very little chance of succeeding. The government is orders of magnitude more powerful than any individual or any group, and has way too much momentum at this point. The only thing we can (practically) do is let it spin until it breaks. We're not organized to do anything beyond that. Aaron Sorkin set us back 15 years by writing about this stuff like it's Camelot.

Yes. Name one useful product Google has released in 15 years.

I can think of one (assistant/gemini) but it actually gets worse every minute so it supports the main idea that shits lame for a while now.

I don't know if this is a good enough reason to encourage someone to work for the government. It's a dead end for good people so you need to play the game, be happy with being a drone, or leave.

No movement is going to stop the momentum at this point. This reactor is going to have to spin itself faster until it breaks.

A trillion? That's it? That's literally the budget deficit after Trump's corporate tax cuts from 35% to 21% (18% to 11% effective) .

Repeal the TJCA

What's next?

I think their point is that Microsoft literally had all the information they needed to prevent this from happening and they just didn't because they were incompetent or some other human reason that had nothing to do with server capacity or or a missing Ethernet cable. There was nothing "unknown" here.

Scaling to meet demand is literally their job. Supposedly best, which is why they have been awarded military contracts.

They lost situational awareness, or they never had it.

Dems, Rebubs as individuals aren't really anything other than drones that follow orders on what to think and what to get angry about. It's a systemic issue where money is injected into the fringes to piss the other side off and force a defensive posture and eventually conflict from fear.

Every idea that categorizes into left/right needs to be challenged at this point.
The left will never prevail
The right will never prevail

We must recognize and respond to what is really happening.

Apples existed, but they looked and tasted nothing like they do now. Today's apples are sweet and swole and that's brought to you by selective breeding and a growth strategy that extended beyond cider to dominate the mobile phone industry.

Sounds like a winning strategy for the status quo

I will RTFM after literally anyone else does.
