They're literally anti LGBT though. They are suggesting people not play games because it has LGBT themes, how does this have anything to do with "both sides"? Both sides of what?? I'm gay but most of the games I play have no gay representation, so why would it matter what "side" you're on unless you're homophobic and can't stand seeing someone who's LGBT?

Inanna is awesome, there's some other lgbtqia aspects to her worship

From The wiki;

Individuals who went against the gender binary were heavily involved in the cult of Inanna. During Sumerian times, a set of priests known as gala worked in Inanna's temples, where they performed elegies and lamentations. Men who became gala sometimes adopted female names, and their songs were composed in the Sumerian eme-sal dialect, which, in literary texts, is normally reserved for the speech of female characters. Some Sumerian proverbs seem to suggest that gala had a reputation for engaging in anal sex with men. During the Akkadian Period, kurgarrū and assinnu were servants of Ishtar who dressed in female clothing and performed war dances in Ishtar's temples. Several Akkadian proverbs seem to suggest that they may have also had homosexual proclivities. Gwendolyn Leick, an anthropologist known for her writings on Mesopotamia, has compared these individuals to the contemporary Indian hijra. In one Akkadian hymn, Ishtar is described as transforming men into women.

If a 13 year old was pointing what I thought was a gun at me? I would use the taser and try to get out of the way of where they were pointing.

I will say, I read the article and if what the cops say is true, there were a number of compounding unfortunate circumstances. It was late at night, the kids ran when they were approached, and the kid died from a single shot. The cops didn't pull up and unload their guns on the two kids.

ACAB, but I'm not saying they were malicious or grossly incompetent in this case. But I still think they're too quick to shoot first and ask questions later. I personally think they shouldn't shoot unless shot at, that would eliminate these cases that keep happening. Teaching kids to not play with toy guns would be great too, unfortunately guns are just so deeply engrained in every aspect of American culture

Y'know tasers exist right

Be careful with inkjet photo paper in a laser printer. In particular, the glossy paper will typically have a coating that may come off in the laser printer due to the heat and pressure the printer uses, and that can cause issues over time.

no one can copyright the basic idea anyways

I can think of a couple companies that would try anyway :P

It was also the second time it happened. It was a mistake, but one that really shouldn't have happened. And it was minor in terms of how long it was down, but not having access to 911 is potentially a major issue.

People are just sick of companies not being held responsible for repeated incompetence which often comes from cost cutting measures.

Verily, dost thou jest? Recall, my good compatriot, that this nation was founded upon such interlopers. Our wealth and industries have long been seized by the powerful miscreants of this country, while our foreign brethren toil in vain to make a life greater than they once had. We must unite together under the banner of labor to empower the common man.

Dear sir or madam or other,

Whilst the bourgeoisie among us chatter and prattle about in opposition to the common worker hailing from abroad, it is my firm belief that the ebb of our fellow humans from those distant lands behooves us in a greater fashion than even that of the aforementioned bourgeoisie calling this land theirs. I say let these downtrodden souls put down roots in our fertile fields, with nary a thought to our bodily security.

Whom amongst us can recall a singular event involving these fellow humans that caused a concern? Whomst amongst us felt a fear when laying eyes upon these strangers and had those fears realized? Nay, we have little to fear, and more to trust. The shadow of terror is so rapidly vanquished by the light of knowledge. As such, we must learn ourselves these strangers and make them not so strange anymore!

I employ ye earnest readers, with facts and figures we must dispel the rumors of malintent by these fellow workers of differing nations. And with kindness, we shall gain the wisdom that we can unite against true evils that lure us into false thoughts. Like the bourgeoisie lol

I haven't looked into it too much or done it myself, but I heard of https://creativeheartwarrior.com/pages/filament-recycling

Looks like they currently only take filament as a donation and not as an exchange.

Edit: also found https://printeriordesigns.com/pages/recycling

(Again, haven't personally tried)

Def some better than others. I give them props because looking through the modlog, they are good at removing or banning trolls, bigots, and far right disinfo. I just personally disagree with the seemingly frequent support for Russia, China, North Korea, etc.

At least in memes, politics isn't the focus of the community.
