Everyone is selfish, no one really cares about you. They pretend to care because it makes them feel better about themselves. We're all animals in a cage with each other, one disaster away from becoming monsters that'll each other at the drop of a hat. Sure women have rape kinks but they're in the same vein as people's incest kinks. In their fantasy, they're taken by an attractive person, who won't hurt them, won't infect and pose zero risk. It's just fantasy. They don't want an actual stranger to just violently use them. Just like most guys dont want to fuck their actual siblings/mother.
Just another way the game is rigged. If I spent every cent I had to create a risky startup, I'd be homeless. If someone from an affluent family spends every cent they have, they'd always be able to borrow life changing money (even 5k could change someone's life) or move in to someone's summer home, etc.

My partner works customer service for a big company and had a customer call in to say an employee at some location was threatening his life. Her nee jerk response was for the customer to call the police but he responded with the names of other minorities that were killed by police and said he felt calling the police would be a bigger threat to his life than the problem employee. Sad that this is how far we've fallen, oh wait, this has always been the case. We just now have the means to document and report these abuses of power.
I wonder, what is the right path for people like this in a just society? Rehab and let them back in society? Lifelong imprisonment somewhere nicer than federal prison? Ideally, in a fantasy world, the former. But I guess latter would the most realistic choice
