TL;DR:

Content releases during Heresy will be different. Most stuff comes out when it starts but some stuff will be time gated to encourage players to check back in.
Lots of changes to Exotic armor I think are too much to cover here. Go read the article.
Aim assist on controller is getting adjusted so that if an enemy crosses your target after you've been aiming at it for a while AA won't pull you off target.
