Rund zehn Prozent aller Flüge in Hamburg sind Privatflüge. Das geht aus der Antwort des Senats auf eine Kleine Anfrage der Linken hervor. Die Partei kritisiert viele der Flüge als unnötig.

Im Durchschnitt finden 30 Privatflüge pro Tag am Hamburger Flughafen statt. Darunter sind Geschäftsflüge, aber auch Flüge zu Urlaubszielen. Bei den Top Ten ganz oben: Sylt und Mallorca. Es folgen weitere innerdeutsche Ziele wie Berlin, Düsseldorf oder Köln - die zum Teil gerade mal 30 Minuten Flugzeit entfernt liegen.
