Recipe?
Kenji has a wonderful, thorough and battle tested recipe as usual.

It’s a bit of a hassle getting the pan and Wisconsin brick cheese but we’ll worth it. The pan is also great for any style pan-pizza, focaccia or Philly’s regional specialty, tomato pie.
Ohhhh I was looking for a Serious Eats sub earlier! Sadly I couldn’t find one, but your pizza pic itched my scratch.
That’s sexy!
It literally made my mouth water
Same here. I have a frozen pizza I’m planning on having for dinner but as I eat it, I will think of this image lol
I finally got to try Detroit style a few weeks ago and it was excellent!
Looks amazing. I need some Detroit style corner slices now…
holy shit i am hungry now
Holy crap this looks delicious
I'm glad to see the sauce on top.
Ive only tried making detroit style pizza onces before but i think it's my favorote variation on pizza. If i ever go to Detroit im definitely going to buddys and trying some of the original stuff.
If you’re ever in Detroit you should check out the pizza joints of former buddy’s chefs like Louis’ and Shield’s. They. Are. Fantastic.
That looks SO good!
Damn. That’s my type of Pizza
Hell yeah is that a Lloyd pan? Best one to make a deep dish in for sure
