I took a new route on the way back and it added .70 or miles to it so actual 15mi was completed in 3hr 24m. After I saw the 15 on my watch I said screw it I'm walking the rest .

Good job keeping your heart rate down

Thanks, it's crazy that it stayed low, I only managed 3hrs of sleep the night before running

Oddly enough my heart rate tends to be lower when I'm tired as well. It tends to be better at night in general too

Right?! I finally fell asleep at 2 and got up at 5 and went out(I've wanted to do an early morning run for a long time) but as soon as I got moving I didn't feel sleepy or tired at all

Wow, crazy how a simple nicely done gradient with well spaced text can look very pleaseing!

It is, the app itself is not so bad. A lot of people on Reddit hate the watch and the app but so far with my use these last few months it's been very nice, all my data lined out nicely, easy to read.

Awesome job. I still get toasted after 1-2 miles.

Hey, you'll get there! I'm new to running myself. The secret to running long distance is finding a comfortable speed. I used to go out and run as fast as I could and I'd burn up. So once you find a good pace things level out.
