That light bulb is a vaccum tube that gives that special crispy sound for the cpu fan. Many people will say that they can't tell the difference, but it is very obvious for the trained ears of a seasoned audiophile.
For those pointing out that it is not connected I want to remind you that this is not 90s and we now have WiFi.
Also, the power supply is not plugged in at all. There's no reason for him to be laying on the floor in this weird position. Actually, nothing is plugged in now that I look closer.
Good thing he has those pliers to plug the ATX connector into... well, you know... that.
That is one old computer. It's got dip switches and a PCB color I haven't seen in a while.
It's got PS/2 ports and active cooling, it's not that old
PS/2 ports and a parallel port, and with the size of that cooler I'm guessing Pentium 3 socket 478 it also has a combined PCI and PCIe 1x
Could also be an AMD from around the same time as pentium 3.
No PCIE on anything that olde. ISA and PCI, sure.
Pretty nonsensical hax0r pic for sure. The PSU guts are in the lid? With that bulb? Nobody involved knew anything about PCs.
I looked at ISA and can't make it match that, image the pins on the lower black seems too small compared to ISA.

Looks like an Audio/Modem Riser (AMR) slot to me
I forgot about those ones, you see them on the MB but never use them.
Nothing like shorting out capacitors by cutting all the wires at the same time! Maybe they'll get lucky and weld their cutters to something 😃

Honestly from what I've seen of various prefab PC's with weird shit in them and proprietary connectors on what should be standard parts... yeah this could've been a Dell
