That is one old computer. It's got dip switches and a PCB color I haven't seen in a while.

It's got PS/2 ports and active cooling, it's not that old

PS/2 ports and a parallel port, and with the size of that cooler I'm guessing Pentium 3 socket 478 it also has a combined PCI and PCIe 1x

Could also be an AMD from around the same time as pentium 3.

No PCIE on anything that olde. ISA and PCI, sure.

Pretty nonsensical hax0r pic for sure. The PSU guts are in the lid? With that bulb? Nobody involved knew anything about PCs.

I looked at ISA and can't make it match that, image the pins on the lower black seems too small compared to ISA.

Edit: After looking at more of these silly pictures I'm not sure...

Looks like an Audio/Modem Riser (AMR) slot to me
