It is a pity but I don't think RB will renew Pรฉrez for the next season.
Even if he is second on the Drivers Championship this has been an horrible year for him.

Disagree, Checo does enough to secure the WCC and doesn't cost them lots of money by crashing a lot. His seat is safe as long as the RB is so far ahead.
Edit: also, as others have said: who would get the seat? None of the good drivers want it because they know they've be up against Max, and none of the other drivers is a safer bet than Checo
Max can win the WCC on his own. They should just rent the seat out. I'd like to see Valentino Rossi in for Monza, Kimi for Vegas, Webber for the Australian GP, DC for Silverstone etc
Max probably can't win the WCC on his own if a clear second-fastest car/team with two solid drivers (for example Mercedes) emerges. The reason why Red Bull is so far ahead is partly due to Max obviously, but also because there's no clear second best team, it's changing every weekend so they are taking points away from each other.
I think it's more that redbull don't have the balls to put two drivers with more similar performance together like Merc did with Lewis and Nico.
Merc's domination got boring as soon as Bottas 2.0 couldn't deliver.
I donโt think they have any other valid options currently, who could they sign at the moment? RBR has made Max their number 1 to such an extend that nobody could compete in that team. So the pilots that can compete with Max seem to rather stay at their own teams, hoping that they will close the gap sooner or later and actually fight with Max. The drivers that arenโt able to compete know that it is career suicide as they will compare badly against max and moving back to a back marker team might be a very cold shower after driving a race winning car. And RBR has all but ended their driver academy, so no new talent will be flowing in from that pool either (and looking at the last 3 guys sacked by Marko, who would want to).
The only possibility seems to be Ricciardo, but he might not be back up in time.
I would give Albon a second chance. His performance on a Williams has been impressive so far.
He has a contract for next season and RB have no serious alternative as Lando is tied down as well. They'd need to pay a lot of payout fees to make a transfer happen.
