Enough Musk Spam

For those that have had enough of the Elon Musk worship online.

No flaming, baiting, etc. This community is intended for those opposed to the influx of Elon Musk-related advertising online. Coming here to defend Musk or his companies will not get you banned, but it likely will result in downvotes. Please use the reporting feature if you see a rule violation.

Opinions from all sides of the political spectrum are welcome here. However, we kindly ask that off-topic political discussion be kept to a minimum, so as to focus on the goal of this sub. This community is minimally moderated, so discussion and the power of upvotes/downvotes are allowed, provided lemmy.world rules are not broken.

Post links to instances of obvious Elon Musk fanboy brigading in default subreddits, lemmy/kbin communities/instances, astroturfing from Tesla/SpaceX/etc., or any articles critical of Musk, his ideas, unrealistic promises and timelines, or the working conditions at his companies.

Tesla-specific discussion can be posted here as well as our sister community /c/RealTesla.

“Elon won’t confirm a date, then says he needs surgery, and now asks to do a practice round in my backyard instead."

That's so funny. what a way to back out. If people haven't seen him yet for what he is, this tells it all.

I bet he wishes the twitter sale was that easy to back out of!

I mean, technically he didn't shut the door on the fight. He says he'd still be up for it if Elon ever gets serious, but he just isn't going to waste any more time on it. Zuckerberg just doesn't want a protracted will-they/won't-they which is Elon's bread and butter. Elon is the "master" of promising things and then never delivering, but never admitting it won't happen either.

I think most people knew this wouldn’t happen. Bet muskyboi uses this as a “win” though

Win by default is still a win.

Elon Musk is never serious. The problem is what he considers funny isn't.

If this ever actually happens I'll root for Zuckerberg. First time where I'd want him to win

Im pretty sure zuc has a history of fighting ( i think grappling) and supposedly has won a competition... musk would no doubt take annother L, theres a reason he backed out

not to take away from anyones accomplishments even such a turd sucker as Zuck, but it was a white belt divison of a tournament with like 2 rounds. Sure, impressive he won with a little under a years worth of training. But its not like he won the kumite or some insane stacked tournament of black belts or something like that, he won against other barely trained people in a high school gym before the real tournament started.

You're allowed to not care and/or hope for them to take each other out and both end up looking like losers. Which they already do, just from all the "you wanna go?"

Muskrat needs to be beaten up

[–] [email protected] 13 points 1 year ago

We all knew Zuck would've won anyways.

Musk so weak, just thinking about the fight made him need surgery.
