You have to be able to project power against your neighbors. Otherwise they just take your shit. Same way all these idiots just get taken to jail.

Sometimes I think they could've spent all that time studying actual law and then surprise everyone on their social media with a post that would hold up legally.

I am now certain these guys are doing chaos magick, whether they realise it or not.
Surely an arrest can't be far off...
What do that do in these cases? I mean, these are misdemeanors, right? Not violent crime, just not following the law. Would they arrest? Impounding the vehicle seems more piggish: they'd find some way to RICO it and sell it after a few months.
You can certainly get arrested for defying a court order. It probably depends on how far it escalates. I imagine a lot of these people eventually realize that they're not going to get out of paying and give up.
