You don't "pay" debt, you "discharge" it. If you use 110 lb cardstock (don't use metric!!) sized 5x8 standard, you can discharge debt with a simple form IB-1D10T, printed in black using a well maintained laser printer. Sign and date in blue ink. Don't use ISO date format, it will increase the processing time.
