Accurate. I’ve got news for them: America is made up of immigrants. These “true Americans” of all people should know that.
I wonder which is worse. The WASPs who think a few extra generations between them and their immigrant ancestors makes them special, or the children of immigrants who immediately turn around and say that immigrants are ruining the country.
