If you're getting downvoted, it's for the charged title, preemptively playing the victim in the description, and the poorly-cropped screenshot that doesn't say what the rest of the post is saying. Also, no link to actually read the article...which isn't even the first article about denied coverage making the rounds on social media

Thanks, I read it before it got posted which is part of why I was kind of irked by OP. Instead of a link, they included a straw man.
Reading this article, there is an underlying feeling that the women and children being tested are of a certain socioeconomic group. Seems to me they are being targeted by staff who have some strong biases.
