She is 6 months and has no idea that the 20 shiny wrapped boxes under the glow tree are predominantly gifts for her from family. I also don’t think she has the concept of a gift yet. Or holidays. Or time.

But she’s been squeaking a lot today so… moderately?

Mine is very excited, both for extended family to get here and for Santa. If she sleeps til 5 tomorrow morning I’ll be surprised

They're excited. They want stuff wrapped in certain colors so I can't wait for their disappointment tomorrow lol

My 2-and-a-half-year-old doesn't really know what's going on, but she's happy to be at Grandpa's for the third time in her life (first time since being able to walk) and is happy to explore this definitely-not-childproofed house

At 14, my daughter was excited about putting up the tree and she's excited about the prospect of getting money tomorrow.

Quite excited, though I am, too. This is the first year in quite a while where I don't feel behind in my wrapping.

It really helps that there's snow on the ground.

I have an 8 year old who is very excited and a 10 year old who is also very excited but I'm pretty sure she knows what's going on but is playing along for her sister. They only get one present from Santa and the rest are from us so the Santa present is the big one they asked him for. I now have a two year old nephew who is so excited you could use him to power a reactor.
I guess there will be a small gap where no one belives in santa, then it will be a good time to go on holiday for Xmas, and everyone will still be excited for Xmas.
