It's November, no chance she's getting a court date earlier than Jan 6th. They all take months.
December 16th, but probably just to plead.
These are likely state felonies, so she wont be able to avoid consequences. I'm betting her "givegpraysend" or whatever that shit is will pay the bills, though.
Yeah, meaning she won't even have to go on December 16th, a lawyer will show and give the plea not guilty, and they'll set a day for likely February, discuss bs then, and ask if they want to go to a jury trial, prosecutor will have to set another date to summon witnesses and have officer that arrived on the scene. So my guess is a jury trial in May or June

Remember last time Trump was in power our feeds were full of Republicans behaving poorly in public? (in between the police beating protesters through most of 2020) - looks like we're going to get that back again now.

Seeing lemmy for the past year, it's a fucking toss up.
Thats more like reddit. Go take a look, its full of pro israel stuff. Some are even sympathetic to Netanyahu and compelete disregarded the civillians deaths in the pager attack in Lebanon and claimed it was some sort of genius strategy that had "minimal civillian deaths".
