I think these billionaire fucks forget what happened to bring about these laws. Does Elon want to be a Frick who gets fucking shot? Do they want to deal with another battle of Blair mountain? Do they want a Haymarket?

They're betting it won't happen again. And the sad thing is, I doubt it would today.

I think you are wrong. The reason why labor unrest isn’t bad is because of the safeguards. People will be fucking pissed if those go. Look at the 2020 uprisings. People still have a lot of fight in them.

I hope we would, it's just hard for me to imagine it happening today.

The 2020 uprisings were peaceful marches. None of those people believe in violence. Their opponents absolutely crave using violence.

Or they're betting they have the AI drone firepower to win without risk to themselves.

It might be time for a massive labor strike. Maybe they will listen when the economy 📉🔥

Not enough. You have to kill them. Violence is the only reasonable answer. There is no negotiating with these people. They will kill you if you are in their way. One day you will understand who you are dealing with, but it will be far too late then.

I was just at a labor law conference recently and heard a presentation about all these challenges. While the lawyers representing workers in these cases were optimistic, and overturning the Wagner Act was unlikely, according to them, I'm still worried. Billionaires have limitless pockets for lawsuits against the NLRB.

In the end, if the NLRB ends up unconstitutional, there will be one good thing: we can start general strikes again and shut everything the fuck down.

Tangentially related question. When did they switch from wearing red MAGA hats to black ones and does anyone know why? Was red becoming such an identifiable color of hat it was immediately being condemned or something else?

its half elon being an edgelord 12 year old in the fucked up body of an old man, and half symbolizes the darkness that will engulf the states and leech even more into canda than it already has.

I’ve seen Trump wearing it too which is what made me ask. But they’re the only two

My guess is because these assholes all already own red hats and it's easier to resell them a palate swap.

Musk started a new nazi fashion trend by wearing one to a rally

All the people dumb enough to waste their money have a red one. Black is the new grift.
