Resorted to crimes make it sounds like he even takes that into account when deciding what to do. He just does whatever he wants, which as far as I can tell is commit crimes because it's makes more money than being honest.
It also implies there's a way to subvert an election without resorting to crimes.

This is also not new evidence. This is from a recently unsealed brief by the prosecution to help Judge Jackson decide if this falls under his official role as President. This (and more) was put in jeopardy by the Conservative wing of Supreme Court justices
It would be refreshing to see him held to the same standard we hold literally everyone else to. This would tank anyone's employment prospect, from political office to Taco Bell employee. I honestly feel like I am taking crazy pills.
