Daniel Ricciardo, probably. He has a contract for the entire season. Not being put in the seat doesn't mean his contract is no longer in place.
Ah you could be right there, although it might not be the wisest move on a personal level.
I forgot that Ayumu Iwasa had done fp1 in Suzuka this year, so I hope he's still in the mix. I'd love to see him in formula 1 proper. Maybe he'll get the call up if Lawson dominates Tsunoda and gets Checo's seat
You mean Stewart Grand Prix and Minardi.
I think Buemi still does sim work for them.
If Liam knew 2 weeks ago that he was replacing Ricciardo it was a bit of a rough send off. Still given an ex-ferrari racing director is running RB it's in some ways appropriate. (Is Daniel being replaced? We are checking....)
Lawson is also confirmed for 2025, no?
Not officially, but Marko has repeatedly said that Lawson will sit in a Red Bull-owned F1 car next year.
Yeah, it's widely believed to be a trial run to replace Perez in the big team.
