If I was an ant, sure. Pretty sure they would be as bad at human anatomy as Zoidburg.
An apt comparison, since Zoidberg is a fine physician... for aliens.
I would have reservations about skill transferrability from field ant amputations to modern healthcare.

Only if they have also have ants available with good skills in anesthetizing
