Unsure of what settings to adjust to fix it. It's bothering my eyes pretty bad. Also, people on screens in game are moving in slow motion, but that's not an issue for my eyes. Got the Steamdeck 2 days ago, so it's brand new.

The computers in your computer game are running windows. Switch them to arch linux.

I'm back. Some googling seems to point towards the color precision setting not being set to "high" is a really common screen flicker issue on steamdeck. Maybe try that?

Only thing I can think of is half rate shading in the deck power settings?

Enabling saves battery, but in some games it causes graphical problems.
