North of the Netherlands should probably be orange, gas extraction has made it unstable in Groningen

It's been the same story for years in Oklahoma. For a few years there, we were getting more earthquakes than California.

How is the southwest part of Odessa oblast green when it's surrounded outside Ukraine by red? The lines don't follow national borders in other areas.

Maybe there's a natural border like a river there that influences propagation. (I don't know how earthquakes work.)

I would say Moldova has a high chance of an earthquake, I'd say more mesiu-high
