Please put an NSFW tag on this. I was on the train and when I saw this I had to start furiously masturbating. Everyone else gave me strange looks and were saying things like βwhat the fuckβ and βcall the policeβ. I dropped my phone and everyone around me saw this image. I have no idea what this is about, but after reading a bunch of the comments, I'm really excited about it! Now I know how dogs feel when they don't understand anything, but their people are all excited, so they're excited too.
Sync for Reddit was a very popular 3rd party client for Reddit, as it had a lot of great features and an amazing design.
Now that 3rd party apps are gone, the dev is making a Lemmy version, and everybody is hyped up for when it comes out.
Sync was a godsend for Reddit, used it daily and honestly can't wait to give the Lemmy flavour a try!
Using Connect at the moment and it's far from bad to be fair

This is the experience I've been missing on lemmy. It's so much more refined look than a lot of the "reddit+" feeling apps I've been using.
Last eta he gave was 6 weeks and that was a week or two ago.
