Enough Musk Spam

For those that have had enough of the Elon Musk worship online.

No flaming, baiting, etc. This community is intended for those opposed to the influx of Elon Musk-related advertising online. Coming here to defend Musk or his companies will not get you banned, but it likely will result in downvotes. Please use the reporting feature if you see a rule violation.

Opinions from all sides of the political spectrum are welcome here. However, we kindly ask that off-topic political discussion be kept to a minimum, so as to focus on the goal of this sub. This community is minimally moderated, so discussion and the power of upvotes/downvotes are allowed, provided lemmy.world rules are not broken.

Post links to instances of obvious Elon Musk fanboy brigading in default subreddits, lemmy/kbin communities/instances, astroturfing from Tesla/SpaceX/etc., or any articles critical of Musk, his ideas, unrealistic promises and timelines, or the working conditions at his companies.

Tesla-specific discussion can be posted here as well as our sister community /c/RealTesla.

Cute. Also, apparently Penny Arcade is still running.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one surprised.

Even more amazing to me, Sluggy Freelance is still running. I couldn't even imagine keeping up with the storyline at this point.

Wow yeah probably been 15 or 20 years since I read Sluggy and it was already hard to keep up with. I wonder if they ever revealed what was up with Oasis.

I do still follow John Allison's work (Bobbins/Scary-Go-Round/Bad Machinery/Giant Days).

Oh man, Bun Bun is still keeping it real out there? What a world.

Rarely having continuity probably helps. Haven't read it in two years? NBD, just plop on the website and catch the most recent three comics.

I must admit part of me is glad they continue to succeed simply because we are the same age. I'm glad someone rose from the ashes. It sure as shit wasn't me, but I'm glad someone did

(I was initially going to post this to !realtesla, but put it here instead because I'm not sure if linking to a webcomic violates that community's "no image posts" rule.)
